Financial Policy & Patient Billing

At Brilliant Dental Care, we are committed to providing exceptional dental care at a reasonable cost. To ensure a smooth and convenient experience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as payment options.

Payment & Billing Details:

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • If you have any questions about your account, please call us at 425-454-5690—we’re happy to assist you!
  • You are fully responsible for all treatment fees, regardless of your insurance coverage.

Insurance & Statements:

  • We will send you a monthly statement for any outstanding balance.
  • Most insurance companies process payments within 4-6 weeks—if your insurance has not paid within this time, please contact us.
  • Any remaining balance after insurance payment is the patient’s responsibility. Timely payment is greatly appreciated.

Payment Plans:

If you need a monthly payment plan, please arrange this with us before your treatment. We’re happy to work with you to make your dental care manageable and stress-free.
